Zirconia Crown Commonly known as Metal Free ZIRCONIA Crown, it is Virtually Unbreakable. It is Anti Allergic, Chip proof and Heat Resistant.
It is completely 3D Printed from one block and gives perfect fit.
Zirconium is a very strong substance that can endure wear and tear of everyday use. When looking at Zirconium crowns from an aesthetic point it is clear and very similar to a natural tooth and reflects light the same way. This may be important if your new crowns are on the front of your mouth and it is particularly relevant in cases where the crown will be seen next to the natural teeth.
The treatment starts with Conservative Tooth Preparation and a conventional impression is taken. This impression is then sent to the lab where it is casted and a tooth like model is prepared. This tooth model is scanned and a digital impression is created. The crown or bridge is then desigend using CAD software.
The crown or bridge is prepared using pure Monolithic Solid Zirconia to give strength. The Zirconia blocks are precision milled in the CAM milling machine and then sintered at high temperature for 3 long hours to achieve optimum strength. The final ZIRCONIA crown is glazed to the Tooth Like Shape, Colour Durability and Comfort.
The crown is designed and prepared in Highly Reputed, Technologically Advanced, Medically Certified and scientifically chosen dental labs which have a legacy of 20+ years.

Myths
1. Metal Free Ceramic Crowns are expensive
2. Metal Free crowns don’t have appropriate strength and tend to fracture easily.
Facts
1. With the advent of CAD CAM technology and other benefits like anti allergic and the natural tooth like asthetics, Zriconia Crowns offer far more benefits than financial concerns as compared to normal PFM crowns. Also these crowns have a long shelf life and cost you about only INR 2-3 a day.
2. Strength was a concern for earlier metal free crowns. In the past, when most glass-containing, high-strength ceramics in the market were subjected to masticatory forces, normal oral moisture led to subcritical crack propagation. Strength problems are no longer an issue with current zirconia-based, all-ceramic crown and bridge systems. Also, there is very little tooth preparations to fix these corwns which leads to good tooth conservation.
